Hi there! I’m Mitchell, a professional musician & experienced piano teacher.

I’ve performed & recorded with Juno award winning artists, & received my degree from the Berklee College of Music.

I work with students of all skill levels & ages, via at-home visits.


I’m in the West End (Toronto) but can travel within reason.

My specialty is contemporary & jazz, I also teach classical for beginning-intermediate students. 


I structure lessons around individual students’ interests & goals: the music you love- you’ll learn!

I’ve taught chord theory using Chappell Roan, improvising using Satie, ear-training using Radiohead, etc.

I also teach recording/producing and songwriting/composing.


If your goal is simply to learn how to play your favorite songs, that’s great too!

I'm also happy teaching kids/beginners the fundamentals.

I do not teach the RCM curriculum, but can cover the same concepts if desired.
